MSW, LCSW · Founder & Therapist

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you are already carrying so much. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, parenting challenges, or neurodivergence, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I believe real healing happens when people feel genuinely understood, grounded, and connected. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can be yourself, explore with curiosity, and work toward meaningful change. Therapy with me is collaborative and practical; we balance insight with actionable tools so what we discuss in session translates into your everyday life.

My Specialties & Approach

Grounded in attachment theory and neuroscience, my practice integrates evidence-based modalities—including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, ACT, and DBT—to help you understand your nervous system and break free from unhelpful patterns.

  • Adults (Trauma & Attachment Wounds): Heal underlying relational patterns, process past trauma, and develop a secure sense of self so the past stops running the show.
  • Neurodivergent Kids, Teens & Adults: Navigate executive functioning, rejection sensitivity, and emotional regulation using neurodiversity-affirming strategies that honor your brain and embrace who you are.
  • Parents & Families: Move away from constant power struggles and toward deep connection. We'll build practical tools to foster emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence in your parenting.

Background & Experience

With over 13 years of clinical experience across private and public schools, a day treatment center for autism, and outpatient therapy, I draw on a rich background to tailor care to your unique strengths. As a proud nerd who also lives in a “neurospicy” household, I understand both the clinical side and the lived joys and challenges of neurodiversity.

You can expect our sessions to be engaging, authentic, and occasionally sprinkled with humor. Seeking support is a courageous first step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you.
