The Weight of Holding It All Together

For parents, kids, and teens the weight can look different — but it's heavy just the same.

Maybe you're a parent running on empty, holding everything together for everyone but yourself. Maybe you're navigating trauma that still shapes how safe you feel in your own life. Maybe you're parenting a neurodivergent kid and every strategy in the parenting books falls flat. Maybe your teen is anxious, shut down, or struggling in ways that are hard to reach.

You've tried to push through. You've tried to manage it on your own. But the anxiety, the disconnection, and the same patterns keep showing up.

You know something needs to change. You're just not sure how to get there.

Find Your Ground. Restore Your Roots.

With the right support, real change is possible. Together, we untangle the roots of anxiety, trauma, and relational patterns — using EMDR, attachment-focused work, and a strengths-based approach, so we're not just managing symptoms, we're healing what's underneath them.

Here, you will find a place to feel less alone and more like yourself again. Parents of neurodivergent kids discover strategies that actually fit their family, while teens and adults learn to honor their unique neurotype, build true confidence, and move beyond simple coping.

Growth looks like calmer days, steadier relationships, and the ability to move forward without the past running the show.

A way forward exists, and you don't have to find it alone.

“In any given moment, we have two choices: step forward into growth or step backward into safety.”
— Abraham Maslow

Hi, I'm Michelle.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying so much. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, parenting challenges, or patterns that no longer serve you, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I work with children, teens, adults, and families, and I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent people and the parents raising them. I'm a proud nerd — my work is grounded in attachment theory and neuroscience, and I draw on EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT, and IFS rather than any one-size-fits-all approach.

You can expect our sessions to be collaborative, practical, and occasionally sprinkled with humor. Together we'll find what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and turn insight into tools that hold up outside the therapy room. However this work fits you best — including integrating faith, if that's meaningful to you — that's exactly how we'll do it.
